Once you purchase your sessions, you’ll be emailed with times to book your yoga private

In private yoga lessons, I focus more on proper alignment for your safety and to create a strong and advanced practice. If you have injuries we will focus on variations & modifications that create safety, focus on alignment based cues to strengthen your practice, and/or I’ll guide you through an intelligently sequenced yoga flow for a specific posture you are working towards.

I also incorporate energy work (Reiki and Chakra alignments) & breath work into yoga privates, because yoga is also a form of energy work and at the core is a breath practice.
