Once you purchase your session, you’ll receive an email with available times to yoga.

You will receive align based cues and intelligently sequenced yoga flows to support your yoga goals while keeping your body safe and your practice in integrity. I also incorporate energy work (Reiki and Chakra alignments) into my yoga practice, because yoga is also a form of energy work.

This includes drive time to and from Bend and Zen studio or to your home, depending where you live. If you are more than 15 minutes away, I charge extra for drive time.
