Policies
It is an honor and blessing to work with you. I am grateful for your trust and the opportunity to hold space for your healing and growth. The policies below create a safe and sacred container for your healing. They protect my time and yours and also hold you to a high level of integrity, commitment, and growth.
1. Time Integrity
Thank you for showing up on time. If you see my in person, that means you are knocking on my door at the time your appointment begins. If you are early, thank you for waiting in your car until session begins. If you are 5 minutes late, that does not mean we go 5 minutes over. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will forfeit your session.
When the alarm sounds that means we have 5 minutes left that we will use to integrate your session, assign homework, and set up next sessions if need be. We will also end on time.
2. Homework
Homework is ALWAYS due 24 hours before your next session. If homework is incomplete before your session, you will forfeit the session. I am not interested in giving you a band aid. I am interested in teaching you how to coach and heal yourself outside of session. This is where the transformation happens.
Also I do not allow you to use AI for your homework. Part of the work is to get in touch with yourself, your words, and the language of your own heart.
It is your responsibility to write down your homework at the end of each session.
3. Emails & Being Prepared for Session
I will no longer be sending you an email after every single session. When I need to email you something like a sample of a Manifesto (your narrative manifestation essay) or a document, I absolutely will.
Thank you for brining a journal and pen to sessions to take notes, this is a requirement. Take response-ability to take notes and empower yourself to remember insightful discoveries from session. When we write something down, it helps us to remember.
I take notes during our session for me to be the best coach for you, not to send you a cheat sheet. I will not work harder at your work, then you do.
If you see me in person, thank you for taking your shoes off outside. You will enter in silence and I will sage you down to create a sacred space for your session. We will break silence once you are seated on the couch.
4. Reschedule Policy
As a small business owner, I show up to session whether you do or not. These policies are in place to protect my time and yours and create a spiritually clean and integrous space for us to work together.
If you need to reschedule, please let me know more than 24 hours in advance. If appointments are canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of session, your session is forfeited.
You are allowed 1 reschedule for every 4 months, if you reschedule more than this within 4 months, you will forfeit a session.
If you are on a subscription (i.e meeting me every 2 or 4 weeks), I have set aside time in my calendar for you. If you need to reschedule and not see me for a month, that means you will have an extra session to use when you'd like for the future. And you will still be billed for the session you needed to reschedule.
For those of you on a subscription, if you need to change the cadence of how often you see me, thank you for giving me 30 days notice. You will be billed for your current cadence and then it will shift to the new cadence the following month.
5. Reminders
When we schedule our sessions, it is your responsibility to write it down in a physical calendar or electronic calendar. I will continue to send iCal invites and a reminder the week of our session.
