Would you like to let go of blockages and create clarity and calm in your life? This breathwork workshop will help you facilitate that. 

As we step into Spring and the energy of creation, it is imperative to release what is not serving us so that we can make room for what is. Breathwork, different than pranayama, called “conscious circular breathwork technique” will take you on a journey (some compare it to plant medicine). It increases oxygen in the body and regulates carbon dioxide, which facilitates healing through releasing stuck traumatic residue, alleviates anxiety, releases toxins & stress,, increases clarity, compassion, and equanimity. 

Before breathwork we will set intentions, journal, and do partner work. Afterwards, I will guide you through a visualization meditation to facilitate manifesting your desires. We will close with an opportunity to share and what you are going to embody after this sacred experience.
